ACHARVEDA was founded by Gayatri Ojha, who noticed an important problem in today’s market — many pickles were being made with artificial additives and chemical-based processes, losing the true essence of traditional Indian flavors.

Believing that food should be pure, natural, and rooted in tradition, she decided to start ACHARVEDA with a clear mission:
to bring back authentic Indian flavors using natural ingredients and time-honored preparation methods.

Gayatri’s approach is inspired by VEDIC RECIPE principles, where food is prepared with care, balance of spices, and traditional techniques rather than artificial shortcuts. Her goal is simple — to offer pickles that taste homemade, feel wholesome, and stay true to India’s rich culinary heritage.
